Fly Air41 Airways is a Croatian ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) and charter airline headquartered in Zagreb, founded in 2021 as a sister company to the German carrier Sundair. Primarily operating as a wet-lease provider rather than under its own brand, it supports major leisure carriers like Condor and Sundair with narrowbody Airbus operations across Europe, the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, and beyond.

The airline holds IOSA certification since 2024 and maintains a fleet of seven Airbus A319s and A320s configured for single-class economy service.
