Libyan Wings

Libyan Wings is a privately owned Libyan airline headquartered in Tripoli, Libya, that commenced operations on 21 September 2015. Operating primarily from its hub at Mitiga International Airport (MJI), it serves a modest network of domestic destinations within Libya (including Misrata, Sabha, Tobruk, and Benghazi) as well as international routes to Tunisia and Turkey, with seasonal flights to Saudi Arabia. The carrier flies an all-Airbus A319-100 fleet of four aircraft configured for 120 passengers each.

Established amid significant political challenges in Libya, Libyan Wings has maintained a niche role in regional connectivity despite operating under an EU flight ban. It focuses on business travelers and Libyan nationals, offering scheduled passenger services with interline agreements such as with Hahn Air. The airline's modest size and focus on short-haul routes distinguish it as a resilient player in a challenging market, though it has limited passenger review visibility across major platforms.
